About the Broker!

Wilson Stephens II, Broker/ Owner of WS Real Estate & Investments was born August 15th, 1972 in Los AngelesCalifornia. After moving to the Bay Area in 1984, Wilson grew up in the Haight/Ashbury district where he was active in the community by being apart of a positive organization called, the "Omega Boys Club" .aka. "Street Soldiers".  
     The Omega Boys Club gave Wilson the opportunity to prosper & Grow and instilled in him the desire to help others in the community.  As a result of this organization Wilson gained confidence in himself, and started his basketball career in High School at J. Eugene Mc Ateer-School of the Arts (San Francisco, Ca)and achieved blue chip athlete status, he achieved all-american and honorable mention awards as a student athlete and became one of the most sought after athletes in the Bay Area.  Wilson graduated high school knowing hard work and dedication pays off by being awarded with an athletic scholarship to play college basketball for the University of San Francisco(USF).  He graduated from USF in 95' with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing.  After college Wilson played professional basketball in Europe for 7 years (Israel, China, Cyprus, Denmark, Prague, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua.  In 2002 he acquired his real estate license while working for a local real estate company In Oakland(Session Real Estate) here in the Bay Area.  Wilson with enthusiasm practiced real estate with Session Real Estate for 3 years where he received many awards for his success.  In 2005 Wilson acquired his brokers license where he created WS Real Estate & Investments to help strengthen  the community by educating people to obtain financial freedom through the acquisition of real estate.  
     Today WS Real Estate operates in 10 Counties Alameda, Contra Costa, Solano, Sacramento, Santa Clara, San Francisco, Ventura, Los Angeles, San Diego, and San Joaquin.  His company's motto is "Developing Community By Developing People"
